HoopCharts is built with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and never sell your information.

Data Storage

All game data, player information, and shot charts are stored locally on your device. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

Game Sharing

When you share a game using a share code, the game data is temporarily uploaded to our servers so others can view it. Shared games automatically expire after the time period you select, and you can delete them at any time.

Share codes are anonymous. No personal information is attached to shared games beyond the team and player names you entered in the app.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics services. We do not track your usage patterns, location, or any personally identifiable information.

Third-Party Services

HoopCharts does not integrate with advertising networks or data brokers. The app does not contain ads.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data by deleting the app from your device. Any shared games will remain until they expire, or you can delete them manually before uninstalling.

Children's Privacy

HoopCharts does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is intended for coaches, parents, and players to track basketball statistics.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
